Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my tracking say 'pending'?

If your order's tracking status is marked as 'pending', it means it is on its way to its designated Australia Post sorting facility. As soon as it arrives there and has been scanned, the status will be updated to reflect its location.

Where is Mii made?

Mii works with different labs around the world, as all the best cosmetic chemists are not found in one place! While many of the products are made in Italy, our Precision Brow Detailers are made in Germany, our Smoothing Face Prep is from the UK and our brush cleanser is formulated in Korea. Each product on our site has its country of origin in the description.

Does Mii test on animals?

No! We never have and we never will. We are recognised as part of PETA's Beauty without Bunnies programme. Mii does not commission any third party animal testing and the products are not available through any channels where such testing is mandatory.

What ingredients does Mii use?

We use the finest, highest cosmetic grade ingredients available to deliver the best results. Ingredients are listed on the 'ingredient' tab of each product so you can make an informed decision. Within our range we have a 100% natural mineral collection, which is infused with precious gemstones.

When will I receive my order?

We dispatch orders by the next working day from Sydney and send via Australia Post. At the point of shipping, we enter your details so you can receive tracking information directly from Australia Post. Your delivery time will vary depending on where you are based, Australia Post's general guidance is up to 7 working days, but this could be longer for more remote areas. For more up to date delivery information, please visit our delivery page.

Do your foundations contain SPF?

While our formulas used to contain a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) have taken the decision to remove this from our foundations.
Why would we do that? Because the amount of product required to provide satisfactory protection against the sun (especially the harsh Australia sun) is far more than the amount of makeup used in a normal application and we felt this was very misleading. We recommend using a dedicated broad spectrum sunscreen under your makeup every day to protect your skin.
